This residential tower in the Melbourne CBD was a project by UEM Sunrise, one of Malaysia’s top property developers and wholly owned by the investment arm of the Government of Malaysia. The building contains more than 400 apartments over 37 levels and was designed by Cox Architecture. The aim of the website and other collateral materials was to highlight both the architectural differences of the building and the position overlooking Melbourne’s Carlton Gardens.
